Results after one year guidance by Jacana

- Joseph Zulu started the welding business “Three Last Hope Fabrications” in 2004 and asked after a few years his brother Jona to join him. At the moment they run a welding business at 10 Miles close to Lusaka. Together they attended the Jacana basic training for three days. During the training they showed a lot of motivation and perseverance. They really want to make their business a success. Jacana beliefs that Joseph and Jona have the potential to be great businessmen, but also be a role model for other Zambians. Joseph and Jona agreed to support other entrepreneurs as volunteer experts in future Jacana programmes.
- At this moment (January 2016) the brothers want to expand their business. They have two plans. One is to finish a bending machine, so that they can bend their own door frames and welders from the surroundings come to their shop for bending. The other plan is to sell door and window frames through hardware shops along the Kabwe road.
- The brothers completed the training successfully, but realized that they can learn a lot more about book keeping, welding and marketing. That is why they asked Jacana to guide them in the process of expanding their business.
- Therefore Jacana wants to guide Joseph and Jona to expand their business. For Jacana to guide the welders we need your financial help. Every small amount is more than welcome. Simply fill in (above) any amount you can afford.
Thank you on behalf of Joseph and Jona Zulu!
