Aqua for All advised Jacana on strategic planning of the Jacana SMART Centre Zambia and is supporting the centre financially so it can create jobs in the Zambia private water sector and providing sustainable water.
Several communities have worked hard constructing toilets. They are officially declared Open Defecation Free. Now clean water is coming their way thanks to a donation from the “Marie-Stella-Maris foundation“.
The Castricum helps Muttathara foundation supports Jacana in training entrepreneurs in the local production of water pumps. The pumps made during the training will be donated to the community.
The Johanna Donk–Grote Foundation co-funded Jacana for the basic training of Zambian entrepreneurs. Jacana will conduct this year four basic trainings and Jacana will select from these trainings the most promising entrepreneurs for an intensive program.

Wild Geese supports the Jacana SMART Centre in creating jobs in the water sector and providing sustainable water.
The Hofstsee foundation supports Jacana SMART centre who trains entrepreneurs in the local water sector and provides water to rural Zambia.
Rabobank Share4More supports 60% of the Jacana costs in training and guiding eight small entrepreneurs in Zambia. When you donate for example € 10, Share4More adds € 15. Choose your favorite entrepreneur here.

“Kootje” is a little man from stories told to little children. A man who always popped up from nowhere and helped solve the problems under the most difficult circumstances. Often children, who were listening, came up with breathtaking solutions themselves converted into a colorful ending. This little man with his solutions to bitter problems has come to live through “The Kootje fundatiën“.
Sponsor walk for water; children from Dutch schools walk 6 km with 6 litres of water to experience the daily work of children in Africa.

The Parish of Saint Francis was founded on May 1, 2015 when the parishes of Asten, Heusden, Lierop, Ommel, Someren-Dorp, Someren-Eind, Someren-Heide and Someren-Noord were merged. Every year a fasting campaign (Vasten actie) is organized with which various projects are supported.
The aim of the Een Aarde foundation is to support the work of development workers who have a link with Asten in thh Netherlands and/or the region. It is important that the projects have contact persons who can guarantee the implementation through their relationship with the workers in the field.
A Dutch government programme enhancing water security internationally in long-term cooperation with local partners and the Dutch water sector. By facilitating strategic planning and support in the early stages of innovation, Partners for Water aims to contribute to systemic change for sustainable water management and infrastructure. This is how they initiate impactful changes for a better living environment. In the partnership with Jacana, Partners for Water supports the Portable Solar Pump and Self-supply app.

Action Against Hunger’s mission is to save the lives of children and their families. They are there for them before and after disaster strikes. They enable people to provide for themselves, see their children grow up strong, and for whole communities to prosper. They constantly search for more effective solutions, while sharing our knowledge and expertise with the world. Action Against Hunger pushes for long-term change.
Water Forever’s mission is to revolutionize sustainability in the African water sector. They do that by offering several types of prepaid water metering solutions. With their prepaid meters revenues go up by an average of 50-300%, while there is 100% online transparency and operational costs go down. In this partnership, Water Forever distributed Portable Solar Pumps in Kenya, Uganda and Somalia.
SHARE Africa Zambia (SAZ) is a non-for-profit company focused on improving the livelihoods of people in rural and urban areas through programmes and activities that will lead to sustained growth. In this partnership Share Africa creates access for small-scale farmers to Portable Solar Pumps.
