We don’t just need a salesperson; we need a strategist who can build the bridge between our technology and the farmers who need it most.
The Role
You will be the architect of a digital-first distribution network. Your primary objective is to move away from “hand-out” culture toward a “supported self-supply” model.
- App ecosystem management: Use the self-supply.com app to track inventory, manage QR-code discount coupons for NGO partners, and monitor real-time sales data.
- NGO & Donor relations: Pitch our “Live evidence” model to NGOs and donors—showing them how our app provides transparent, long-term impact data that helps them secure more funding.
- Dealer recruitment: Identify and onboard existing local agro-dealers across Sub Sahara Africa (starting in Zambia), training them to use the app for stock replenishment and quality control.
- Impact Storytelling: Use the data collected by the app to visualize growth and convince new partners to join the self-supply movement.
Who You Are
- The Networker: You have an active presence in the Zambian agricultural sector and deep ties with NGOs.
- Tech-Forward: You are comfortable using mobile apps to manage logistics. You understand that “data is the new currency” in the development sector.
- Entrepreneurial: You don’t just want to sell a product; you want to build a sustainable local economy where farmers invest in their own growth.
- Market expert: You understand the seasonal cycles of African farming and the logistical reality of rural provinces.
Why Join Us?
- Be at the forefront of the “Supported Self-Supply” revolution.
- Work with a transparent, data-driven system that eliminates the inefficiencies of traditional aid.
